RESOCHIN - CHLOROQUINE PHOSPHATE
Oxybutynin - Used for: Relieving symptoms of bladder problems (urinary urgency, frequency, or leakage; loss of bladder control; and painful urination) in certain patients. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing muscles in the bladder.
Oxybutynin is an antispasmodic, anticholinergic agent indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. Oxybutynin relaxes bladder smooth muscle. Oxybutynin exhibits only one-fifth of the anticholinergic activity of atropine on the rabbit detrusor muscle, but four to ten times the antispasmodic activity. Antimuscarinic activity resides predominantly in the R-isomer.

Prophylaxis and treatment of acute attacks of malaria caused by Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae, Plasmodium ovale, and susceptible strains of Plasmodium falciparum ; extraintestinal amebiasis. Unlabeled UsesTreatment of rheumatoid arthritis, systemic and discoid lupus erythematosus, porphyria cutanea tarda, scleroderma, pemphigus, lichen planus, polymyositis, and sarcoidosis.
Indications: Malaria, extra intestinal amoebiasis, giardiasis, rheumatoid arthritis, discold lupus erythematosus, lepra reactions, photogenic reactions.
